Great drinks start with great ingredients. Along with many bartenders and chefs, we’re passionate about bringing shrubs back to your glass. The serving of vinegar-based shrub drinks became popular in 2011 and 2012 in American restaurants and bars. It is simply an amazing way to deliver flavor to sparkling water, wine, cocktails or soda water. We craft our shrubs from the most basic elements – fruit, organic sugar, & organic apple cider vinegar. Vinegar works much like citrus in your drinks – it quenches thirst, cleanses the palate and is very refreshing, not to mention how healthy it is for you. A little goes a long way.
